A Century of Service
Coldwell Banker First Realty-Encore is the largest full service Real Estate Company in the upper Midwest and is carrying on the same tradition of quality, integrity and the highest standards of business ethics that Mr. Coldwell and Mr. Banker started in 1906.

Coldwell Banker First Realty was established in 1978, and Encore Real Estate was established in 1981. In 1993, Mark Vanyo and Roger Linn brought those two companies together to form Coldwell Banker First Realty-Encore. Today Mark Vanyo is the President and CEO of Coldwell Banker First Realty-Encore and Barbara Grande acts as the Secretary-Treasurer of the Corporation.

The company was awarded the Chairman’s Circle designation in 2005 at Coldwell Banker’s International Business conference, an award given to only 126 offices of the 3,759 worldwide. That ranks Coldwell Banker First Realty-Encore in the top 3% of all Coldwell Banker real estate companies.

Commercial
Coldwell Banker Commercial is recognized as one of the top 20 commercial offices in the United States.

Mortgage
First Mortgage Services, Inc. and U.S. Title and Closing, subsidiaries of the corporation, complete the residential home services for Coldwell Banker customers.

Rental Units
Our property management division is responsible for over 2,500 rental units in the metropolitan area. Those units range from efficiencies to executive single family homes and everything in between.
