A licensed real estate agent since 1976, Mark co-found Encore Real Estate in 1981. He was the Broker/Manager of Residential Sales until becoming President in 1990. In 1993 Encore merged with Coldwell Banker First Realty and became the largest real estate firm in the state of North Dakota. Mark has served as President of Fargo-Moorhead Area Association of Realtors, Treasurer and President of the Minnesota State Association of Realtors, and as a board member of the National Association of Realtors. Mark has twice been honored as the Local Realtor of the Year, and in 1993 was Minnesota State Realtor of the Year. In 2002, he was given the Distinguished Service Award for his years of service to the Realtor organization and to the local community.

Barbara has been with Coldwell Banker First Realty-Encore since 1985; Managing Broker since 1991. She has served as past President of Fargo-Moorhead Association of Realtors and the Board of Directors for the North Dakota Association of Realtors. She has been an active Toastmaster for eight years. In 2000, she was named Fargo-Moorhead Realtor of the Year.

Barbara holds several real estate designations including: CRB (Certified Real Estate Broker Manager); ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative); ABRM (Accredited Buyer Representative Manager); and e-Pro which is NAR's online training program to certify real estate professionals as Internet Professionals.

As the Managing Broker, she is responsible for all recruiting, training, retention, and problem solutions that may arise. Education and keeping up on the latest information in the field of realty are very important to Barbara. She has several areas of expertise that include New Construction, Lake Property, Residential, Relocation and Buyer Representation. A few Specialty Markets that she is knowledgeable in are New Homes, First Time Buyers and E-Pro.

After spending her first 5 years as a Realtor, Sally has taken on the respondibilites of Sales Manager for our Moorhead Office. Her goal is to expand the Moorhead Office through recruitment, training, and motivational support of the Realtors in her charge, and providing superior quality to our clients in the FM area.

Sally is licensed in North Dakota & Minnesota and has participated in transactions as a buyer's agent and a listing agent with both new and existing properties. She also is active on serveral committees of the FMAAR Board.

After moving all over the Midwest with her husband and four children for more than ten years, she can honestly say that she has a great knowledge of what it is like to have to sell a house in a short length of time, and what it is like to try and find a home in a short length of time. Luckily, back in 1995 she and her family moved to Grand Forks and have been there ever since.

Patsy started her real estate career in 1997 and has enjoyed it since. She feels she has a good sense of clients' wants and needs.

As Vice President for the Commercial Division, Mark manages the Commercial Sales and Leasing Department. Mark graduated from North Dakota State University in Business Economics and began work in commercial real estate in 1976.

In 1988 he joined Coldwell Banker as a commercial sales associate. In 1991 he was named Vice President and began his management duties.

Mark is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and a CPM (Certified Property Manager). Both designations are given by the National Association of Realtors upon completion of a series of coursework, demonstration reports, documented transaction and comprehensive exams.

Active in Local and State Association on Realtors, Mark served as Local President in 1986 and State President in 1991. In 1986 he was named Fargo-Moorhead Realtor of the Year. In 2004, he received the Distinguished Service Award from the Fargo Moorhead Area Association on Realtors.

Mark’s business concentration deals with innovative land and property use. He is experienced in site selection, development, leasing, property management, brokerage and investment counseling.

Mark Wagner has been with Coldwell Banker First Realty-Encore since 1984 and has seen the company grow in size and specialization in the field of professional property management. Mark is a licensed realtor in both North Dakota and Minnesota. He has received the local Property Manager of the Year Award from the F-M Association. Coldwell Banker First Realty-Encore has awarded Mark with Property Manager of the Year four times and the Merit Award once. He also has the designation of Certified Apartment Manager from the National Apartment Association.

As the department head, it is Mark’s responsibility to see that each property is operating economically and that the highest value is being achieved. Our continued growth is dependent on the satisfactory performance of management of our current properties. Coldwell Banker First Realty-Encore is constantly looking for new properties to add to our portfolio.

Pam Heyen

Pam started at US Title in 1994. At that time she did all the Title Insurance work. Pam left for one year where she did only closings and then came back to US Title as the Manager. Pam has worked in all the areas of Title and Closings.

Pam has three grown children, two of them being a set of twins. They have led her on a merry chase and have given her the ability to deal with all kinds of situations and different levels of stress. Pam lives just outside of Walcott with her husband Leon. She has two grandchildren who live close by.

Pam Maher, Vice President of First Mortgage Service, Inc. is responsible for managing and originating residential mortgage loans to Fargo/Moorhead and surrounding areas. Pam has been with First Mortgage Service, Inc. since May 2004. Her prior 15 years experience included various management positions in the financial services area.

Rather than doing “one size fits all” loans, Pam examines each person’s situation to find the best loan to suit their needs. She is dedicated to helping you understand the loan process and will help you find the best mortgage program.

Pam has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting from NDSU. Pam is a Certified Public Accountant since 1990.

Carol Kuehl has been the Human Resource Director and real estate closer for Coldwell Banker for almost 20 yearsand recently was appointed Director of Support Services. Raised in northeastern North Dakota, Carol and her family have resided in Moorhead, MN for 40 years. They enjoy their weekend lake home in the Detroit Lakes area. Carol has been an important part of our management team for many years.

Originally from Oakes, ND, Faye moved to Fargo to attend Minnesota State University, Moorhead. Faye joined Coldwell Banker in 1983 and has been Comptroller for the corporation since 1986. She and her husband Greg and two daughters reside in south Fargo.
